Applications
Assembly and packing lines. HKM-WB3D holds components, tools, and in-process parts at the line side. 500-2,000 kg frame rating supports presses, vices, and test rigs without flex — unlike lighter 200-300 kg workbenches that bend and sway under tooling loads.

Q1: What is the actual load rating of the WB3D?
Static load ranges 500-2,000 kg depending on frame spec (1.2 mm legs for 500 kg, 2.0 mm for 2,000 kg). Tell us your load and we size the frame accordingly at no extra charge.
Q2: Can I choose a wood top instead of steel?
Yes. HKM-WB3D offers 25 mm laminate or 30 mm solid wood tops in addition to bare steel. Laminate resists solvents and light scratches; solid wood handles impact and can be re-sanded if damaged.
Q3: Are the drawers lockable?
Yes. The 2-5 drawers use a central cam lock as standard, deadbolting all drawers simultaneously. Individual drawer locks are available as an upgrade for orders above 50 pieces.
Q4: What is the MOQ for custom sizes?
50 pieces for a custom size within our standard envelope (width up to 2,000 mm, depth up to 750 mm, height 750-900 mm); 100 pieces for outside-envelope tooling. Stock sizes ship from 10 pieces.
Q5: Do you offer an anti-static top for electronics assembly?
Yes. The ESD top is tested to ANSI/ESD S20.20 standards and includes grounding points compatible with standard wrist-strap testers. Lead time for ESD tops is an additional 5 days; pricing available on request.
