1. Where are you located, and how can I visit your factory?

We are located in Nanning City, Guangxi Province. You can find the specific locations of both our office and factory on the contact page.
If you are planning to visit our factory, please kindly inform us of your visit date in advance; we will pick you up at Nanning airport or the high-speed railway station.

2. What is the quickest way to get a precise quote from you?

Just send us an email with the following information:
1. Item model no. (e.g. HKM-3B2A)
2. Quantity demand.
3. Steel gauge thickness.
4. Product color.
5. Other specific requirements.

3. How can we get your monthly new products announcement or price list?

Please leave a message on our website for the new product announcement or contact us directly via email.

4. Could you design the steel furniture for us with our specific requirements?

Yes.
Our professional technical and design department will make various design recommendations according to your specific requirements with 3-dimensional drawings for your reference.

5. Can we have our logo or company name printed on your products?

Yes.
Logo or company brand name can be printed on our products by sticking or engraving. You can send us the artwork by email in JPEG or TIFF format.
If you want your logo or company brand name to be printed on the package for the products (customer-designed package), you can send us the artwork by email in AI, EPS, TIFF, or CorelDraw format (300 dpi).

6. How can I get samples?

We can supply small quantity samples with your designs or with our own. If you have a FedEx or DHL account, or another collectable courier account and agree to pay the courier freight, we will give you a 50% rebate on the sampling charge in your future formal order. If you don’t have a courier account, you can send your courier to collect samples from our company or send us the sample charge together with the courier cost by T/T, WESTERN UNION, MONEYGRAM, or PAYPAL.
 

7. How do I place an order?

Please send us your purchase order by email or fax. Alternatively, you can ask us to send you a Proforma Invoice for your order. We need to know the following information for your order:
* Shipping information – company name, street address, phone number, fax number, destination airport or seaport, transportation method (by courier, by air, or by ocean container)
* Product information – model numbers, quantity, unit price
* Delivery time required
* Freight payment (by collect or prepay)
* Forwarder’s contact details if there are any (in China or Hong Kong)

8. What payment terms are acceptable?

  • For small quantity orders, we accept payment through WESTERN UNION, MONEYGRAM, PAYPAL, VISA CARD, or T/T (TELEGRAPHIC TRANSFER).
  • For full container orders, we suggest the payment terms as T/T (TELEGRAPHIC TRANSFER) or Irrevocable L/C at sight.

9. I just want to buy a few pieces of your products. What should I do?

A small trial order is acceptable for test marketing. You can send us your specific requirements in the form of a formal order by fax or email.
Alternatively, you can send us your order by email only, but with detailed specifications and other transaction term requirements.

10. Do you have stock for immediate shipment?What's the lead time for regular order

GXHKM Furniture is working at an international quality level, but at China price levels. We are working on a 'specific order' basis, and the production lead time for order quantities below 8 * 40'HQ could be completed within 30 days.

11. What is the structure of your products? KD or assembled?

Most of our products have a knock-down structure. However, we are also able to offer the pre-assembled type according to customers’ requests.

12. Do you have any reference for assembling the product?

Please check our “Download” page to get a better idea about how to assemble the product and what we have been producing for our clients over the years.

13. How will the products be sent to us?

  • For small quantity samples, the goods will usually be sent to you by courier express or by air. 
  • For sample weights from 20 to 500 kgs, the goods will be sent to you by air to the nearest airport. Otherwise, the goods will be sent to you by LCL (Less than Container Load).
  • For large quantity formal orders, the goods will be sent to you by full ocean container, such as a 20-foot container, a 40-foot container, or a 40-foot high cubic container.

14. Can you arrange the transportation for us?

Yes.
We can arrange sea, air, and express courier transportation for different countries and regions all over the world.
We can deliver the goods to the container yard of the main seaport in your country, to the main airport in your city, or directly to your company location.
 

15. Where is your loading port?

  • For FCL, the goods will be loaded at Qinzhou Port, which is one of the top 10 ports in China.
  • For LCL, the goods will be dispatched from Guangzhou Port or Qinzhou Port.

16. I have never imported from China. How can I import from you?

Here below is our answer to your concerns and questions:
 
**Payment.**  
After confirming the order, we will send you a Proforma Invoice with all the transaction details and our bank account. You can go to your local bank and ask them to send us the 30% deposit (down payment) by Telegraphic Transfer using the bank account provided in the Proforma Invoice.
After we finish production, you can go to the bank and ask them to send the other 70% payment to our account. Then we will load the container and send it to your port. Of course, you can make all transfers online if you have an online banking system.
 
**Import procedures.**
When the container is delivered, we will send you the contact information of the local agent; you can contact your local agent to pick up the goods.
What you need to clear customs will include: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, and Certificate of Origin. All these documents will be sent to you by us.

17. When the shipment arrives, what should we pay attention to during unloading?

18. How can we become your sole distributor?

If you can sell our products worth USD 50,000 to USD 100,000 per month, you could be one of our distributors in your city or area.
 
If you can sell our products worth USD 100,000 to USD 200,000 per month, you could be our sole distributor in your city or area.
 
If you can sell our products worth USD 200,000 to USD 500,000 per month, you could be our exclusive distributor in your country or region.
 

19. What is your warranty policy?

Except as otherwise noted, our products are warranted to be free from defects in design, materials, and workmanship for a fixed period of five (5) years from the date of delivery.
 
All of our products are tested before shipment and shipped in good condition. Any damages or shortages evident when the product is received must be immediately reported to the commercial carrier who transported the products.
 
Always refer to our invoice number and model number when contacting us. If required, we will replace the defective product for customers. Freight and customs duties will be prepaid by us at no charge to the buyer.
 
The following items are excluded from this warranty:
1. Defects due to improper use by the buyer or inadequate maintenance.
2. Physical damage resulting from an accident, misuse, or abnormal conditions of operation.
 

20. What is your privacy policy?

  • We do not share any information about our customers with others, except for the information required to process their orders (or when requested by a government health or law enforcement agency in the course of an investigation).
  • We do not send spam emails, but we do send emails to our customers with order confirmations, tracking number information, or questions regarding their orders.

21. How to use steel furniture correctly?

* To prevent the surface from damage and rusting, avoid knocking during transit.
* Please handle with care, maintain a horizontal position, and keep a certain distance from the wall.
* To prevent dampness and alkalization, the floor where the products are placed must be kept dry.
* To prevent the cabinet from eroding, please avoid direct contact with acidic and alkaline liquids.
* Keep the surface of the cabinet clean. If it becomes stained, wipe it with detergent and then with a dry cloth.
* Avoid direct contact with corrosive substances.
* To avoid damaging the lock body, please unlock the cabinet correctly.
* Open doors and drawers gently to avoid heavy impacts.
* Don’t hit the cabinet with hard objects or scratch its surface with sharp objects.
